DVC Realty TX charges a flat $150 per month, per property, for full management, with no percentage of your rent. Tenant placement is a separate one-time fee, explained up front.

Our property management services include rent collection, repair coordination, monthly statements, and year-end tax forms. The flat fee makes the ongoing management charge predictable. Repair bills and other ownership expenses still need to be included in your property budget.

Clear communication helps you stay involved

Direct access works alongside useful records. DVC provides an owner portal with statements, inspection reports, and property information, so you can review what is happening and follow up with questions.

We also coordinate repairs with approval thresholds you set. Agreeing on those limits helps establish which decisions need your input. A useful update should explain the issue, the proposed next step, and whether an owner decision is needed.
